Finding a truly exceptional orthodontic practice can be incredibly difficult nowadays, but we hit the jackpot with Dr. Surbeck and his phenomenal team. We initially came in because my daughter had a crossbite, and from day one, we knew we were in the best hands. The entire team is exceptionally child-friendly and provides incredibly thorough, comprehensive solutions. It is abundantly clear that making money isn’t their primary goal; instead, they genuinely value building lifelong relationships with families. Dr. Surbeck routinely goes above and beyond. In fact, when my niece in China was experiencing some complex orthodontic issues, he generously reviewed her case and offered his expert consultation options. I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and dedication. A special shout-out to Steph at the front desk, who is incredibly friendly and amazing. Every time we walk into the office, it feels less like a dentist appointment and more like visiting an old friend. We feel so incredibly lucky to work with Dr. Surbeck and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had a great experience overall. Dr. Surbeck thoroughly explained every aspect of the treatment and the plan, and there was complete transparency, no charges until you opt in and select a plan. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Truly appreciated the care and attention.

I’ve known Dr. Surbeck and his family for years, and that personal connection made choosing his practice feel especially meaningful. Even before beginning treatment, it’s clear how knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring he is. He takes the time to listen, explain options thoroughly, and make the entire process feel comfortable and approachable. I’ve also got quite a large handful of friends and clients who have seen him over the years and absolutely love his thoroughness and their results, which speaks volumes about the quality of care he provides. This team is amazing.. starting the minute you speak with Steph to schedule you'll be embraced by kindness. Kayla was the assistant that took my initial photos and was with me the entire first appointment... she was so quick and good at what she does! And then finally, mad respect and shout out to Dr. Surbeck for having such a well-oiled machine and for being able to win my trust within a few moments of knowing him. He is old school, does things methodically and I love that! :)
